I woke up in the morning excited to throw it on. I saw that one of the pins had fallen out of the bracelet and it had come apart. This was pretty disappointing. If you just do an inspection of all the bracelet screws every so often, you can prevent having one fall out. If one starts backing out it is very noticeable as the screw will no longer be flush with the side of the link. After having it serviced and polished at the 1 year mark, a pin in one of my links keeps coming out. I am constantly turning it back in with my fingernail. I have brought it back to the AD 3 to 4 times( this includes shipping it twice, b/c I have moved) to have this fixed and it never works, it keeps coming out.Has this happened to any of you?

I freaked out, scrabbled around the floor, fortunately found the pin and slid it back in. A pin on the foldover portion of the bracelet keeps falling out making the watch fall off of my wrist. Is there a solution or product I can acquire to prevent the screws from loosening due to vibrations and movements over time? My 16570 lost a pin in the swimming pool and fell off my wrist. luckily this didn’t happen in the ocean where I was 10 minutes prior. Anyway, this is my first Rolex so where could I get a new pin in the bracelet?

It is locked. There's a little button to lock and unlock it. You can see it on the picture below (this is a Seiko movement, but it works the same way on ETA movement): To lock the stem you have to press and old this button, insert the stem, and release the button. When a stem is lose it can mean 2 things: 1.

If your only problem is that it is worn down and sliding out you can deform the ends again and make the friction fit tighter. If you get new ones they will already be knurled. Or you can do like Rolex has done on modern hinge pins and have rivets put in; they don't slide out. P7100006 by LarryDPhotography, on Flickr _____
