Based on number 1. alone, I'd say it's a fake. Swiss Army make some nice models, and they're not too expensive. If you like the one you got for , it might pay to hunt around for a real one (I don't know if it's based on an actual style - . It has the Wenger rounded cross logo, so it is a Wenger.
