In my opinion the black noob v4 dial is pretty good, the only thing i can spot right away is the O in rolex which is not correct & the silver from the subdials is too shiny. But other than that, there aren't really other things that bother me. First, for the dial color, Noob is closer to Gen, nice color; clean a little darker, feels like grey and dull, maybe the glass is not so transparent; BTF is too pale white. I prefer Noob dial color, the overall looking feels like gen quality, but it depends on personal preferences. Noob V4 “Panda” Rolex Daytona, purchased from M2M on RWI BST. Very happy with the pickup and was able to pay a very fair price for it compared to what I have seen others charging!
