It has a polished case, whereas the 312, 321, 351, etc. all have brushed cases. The obvious difference is the 11-numeral dial whereas most PAM have 3 or 4 cardinal numerals with “sticks” marking 5, 10, etc.
I prefer 312 rather than 359 because of crystal clarity and reflection and because of lume. These 312/320/329 have indeed excellent lume. And this is not my best lume pic.

Being new to Panerai, having some troubles in comparing the 1950 cases (PAM 359) vs 1950 cases with super dome (PAM 233). Both are 42mm with sandwich dials. Pros for the 392: iconic 1950's case; date complication; classic crown guard makes it instantly recognizable.
